1. Service Definition
GridPilot provides aerial photography, orthophoto mapping, volumetric estimation modeling, and structural 3D visualization. Our deliverables are for planning, coordination, and tracking support only. They do not constitute civil engineering or structural certifications.
2. Airspace Regulations & Permits
All flight schedules are strictly subject to local weather indices, wind constraints, and regional airspace clearance authorization. GridPilot operates in compliance with local flight regulatory bodies. If a site sits within a restricted red/yellow airspace zone, flight approval may require additional lead time.
3. Billing & Survey Quotations
Client project estimations are calculated based on acreage, altitude, and deliverables requested. Any additional site survey parameters, like Ground Control Point (GCP) enhancements for precision mapping, are quoted independently.
4. Limitation of Liability
GridPilot is not liable for structural execution delays, building permits, or construction planning mistakes resulting from standard GPS-only spatial maps. All critical infrastructure projects should verify coordinates independently.
