Last Updated: June 10, 2026. How we manage, secure, and retain your project and spatial telemetry data.
1. Information We Collect
GridPilot collects client registration profiles (name, phone, email address) and project telemetry data, including site boundary polygons, flight path configurations, estimated acreage, and processed 3D orthomosaics.
2. Spatial & Aerial Media Security
All captured aerial photography, elevation rasters (DSM/DTM), and 3D meshes are hosted securely. Map visual overlays displayed via our public viewer do not reveal coordinates or geographic coordinate attributes of client sites to external viewers.
3. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or lease client details or raw GeoTIFF mapping deliverables to third-party entities. Telemetry datasets are stored solely for client inspection dashboards and authorized admin pipeline tasks.
4. Your Rights
Clients hold the right to request deletion of active project mappings, site orthophoto assets, and credential profiles. Requests can be initiated directly by contacting our support mailbox at hello@gridpilot.in.
